Check the below requirements if you want to be employed right away by a reputable Fitness Center at Obour City as a “Receptionist“, a Male and Female are needed.

Duties:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the center which will include meeting and greeting clients.
  2. Checking members in.
  3. Singing up new customers for memberships.
  4. Taking phone calls for any inquiries/complains.
  5. Moderation for private messages received through our social media platforms.
  6. Providing accurate information concerning programs and activities.
  7. Schedule appointments for training classes and taking attendance for the class before the start time.
  8. Creating an excellent first impression of the gym by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times.
  9. Maintain database and keep it up to date.
  10. Follow up with old inactive members and get a proper feedback.
  11. Assisting current members with their queries/complains.
  12. Follow up with new members to maintain and support them feeling welcomed and satisfied.
  13. Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost property and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by the relevant department.
  14. Cashing up and banking at the end of each shift and ensuring that shifts are balanced accurately and accordingly completing relevant documentation.
  15. Handling any other related work accordingly at the request of the Fitness Centre Manager.
